Bringing great vision and energy to the firm she established in 2002, Julie has created much of the work that helped garner a myriad of clients and awards to Keystone Resources. As President and Founder, Julie brings over a decade of marketing, design and presenting experience to her national and international client base.

Julie is a frequent speaker at local, state and national conferences including The Sales and Marketing Magic Brainstorming Sessions and Multi-Housing World Conference, the National Apartment Association and the Texas Apartment Association as well as numerous Apartment Associations across the United States. She is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association, ICIA Presentations Council Steering Committee, and the National Speakers Association. In addition, she chairs the Technology Committee for the Houston Apartment Association, serves on the HAA Product Service Council and is a member of the National Speakers Association.

Prior to forming Keystone Resources, Julie gained valuable experience as a presentation specialist for Walt Disney World and the director of strategic marketing and training for TVO Groupe. This helped to mold Julie’s dedication to developing clearly communicated marketing strategies for companies looking to explore new growth opportunities. Within a year of forming Keystone Resources, Julie began designing and producing proposals and presentations for the Hunt Companies, a Texas-based development company specializing in military housing. As a result of Julie’s efforts, Keystone Resources was selected as the design agency to provide the marketing materials for the 25 installations that the Hunt Companies were awarded.

Julie’s exceptional leadership skills were recently recognized in March 2010, when she accepted the 2009 WBE Supplier of the Year, under $1 Million in Annual Sales award by the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance and in August, Keystone Resources was named as one of Houston’s Top 50 Women owned businesses by the Houston Business Journal. Julie and her brothers grew up in the military proudly following their father while he served in the Air Force.
